What is your daily workout routine like?“I usually go on hikes,” Mickelson told Men’s Fitness. “I love the scenery, and every other day I have a personal trainer come and kick my butt. I legit can’t walk the next day. He’s amazing!”

What are your favorite exercises to stay in shape?“I love to get outdoors, and I love to do SoulCycle,” Mickelson told Men’s Fitness. “I also love to box. I think mixing it up is very important.”

What are some of your favorite healthy foods?“Anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed with Sweetgreen and broccoli,” Mickelson told Men’s Fitness. “I eat the same thing every day. I’m starting to think I need to branch out [laughs]. Also, I love chocolate milk.”

What tips do you have for taking the perfect selfie?“Honestly, it’s all about the lighting,” Mickelson told Men’s Fitness. “You have to find a place that’s in the shade, but where the sun is reflecting so it hits your face perfectly.”

What’s the best part about being a model?“I’m thankful for the support I have around me,” Mickelson told Men’s Fitness. “My job has taught me a lot of discipline, being so young and doing everything on my own has made me realize so many things. I have learned so much by traveling the world and learning about many cultures. I also think being real and genuine, and sticking to yourself is the most important part in my industry. I’m very picky with who I surround myself with. By that I mean they have to have good, real energy. “

What have you learned during the course of your career?“I enjoy who it has made me become as a person,” Mickelson told Men’s Fitness. “You learn a lot of social skills, and I meet incredible people who have helped me along the way and made me who I am today. It’s also a tough industry with many opinions, and I have learned that the only opinion that matters is what you think of yourself. If you’re a good person internally you can take over the world.”

What are some things you love about what you do?“I don’t consider it my job because I love waking up to do it,” Mickelson told Men’s Fitness. “I love when I’m challenged or learn something new, and my job gives me so many of those opportunities. I love getting creative with the team and having all our ideas come together. I work with such talented people every day; they inspire me. I’ll always wake up trying to be better than I was the day before. I’ll always stay true to myself and keep it real and genuine, and spread love. My main goal is to inspire others.”
