So it’s hard not to empathize with this poor guy in his desperate attempts to get the weight off his chest. A little little help from mom or dad would have been nice. Guess they were out of earshot, or maybe they just figured he would would eventually free himself up, which fortunately for him is what happened.
If nothing else, this video should serve as reminder that when lifting heavy, it’s always wise to have a spotter or at least someone nearby who gives a damn about your well-being.
