We understand that its hard to find time in a busy schedule to get in a good workout. What is the modern man or woman supposed to do? Especially when you’re getting pulled in different directions at once. Believe it or not you can build muscle and strength with a good solid 30 minute circuit workout routine.
If you want to build a bigger upper body but find yourself short on time you need to incorporate circuit workouts into your schedule. Thankfully, Perfomix athlete Andy Speer has provided us with a challenging circuit routine that you can finish in just 30 minutes. Consisting of a series of exercises that’s done one after another, this 30 minutes upper body circuit workout consists of power cleans, weighted pullups, bench presses, deadlifts, and farmer’s walks. All of these exercises are compound movements meant to hit your upper body muscles as well as a secondary muscle group. So you’ll be building more muscles in less time.
Mind you we aren’t saying to rush through these exercises. That would be the fastest way to get injured. So take your time and take breaks when you need to.
