Gotta love your froyo—especially when it’s loaded with protein, calcium and antioxidants and has no refined sugar. This super-easy frozen yogurt recipe only requires three ingredients: frozen mangos, Greek yogurt, and water. 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, add the mango chunks and Greek yogurt. Pulse together, adding water as needed.
  2. For soft-serve froyo, serve immediately. For hard ice cream, put it in the freezer for 15 - 30 minutes before serving.
