Eduardo has been an athlete all his life, excelling at soccer, powerlifting and eventually bodybuilding. His first show was at the State Championship at the age of 19, where he placed 1st. After only 1 year of competition, he won both the Brazilian National and Mr. Universe titles. From 2003 to 2006, Correa spent much of his time in the US. During this time, he trained and competed in many bodybuilding events. By 2007, he won the IFBB World title, which earned him his pro card.
