Instructions

  1. Lateral Monkey 1
    From the squat position, reach forward so both your feet are off the floor, and move laterally, up and over, so hands to one side and plant them firmly.
  2. Lateral Monkey 2
    Then spring up so your feet are off the floor, and move laterally, up and over, so you’re on the other side of where your hands are planted.
