    Lie on your back with a Kettlebell in your left hand.
  2. Kettlebell Turkish Getup
    Rise your back up with your left leg bent and left hand straight in the air.
  3. Kettlebell Turkish Getup
    Push off with your right hand.
  4. Kettlebell Turkish Getup
    Lift your torso, and bring your hips off the floor, sweeping your right leg back so you're on your right knee.
