EZ Bar Front Raise

Having an EZ-Bar allows both shoulders to work together while lifting one object. This movement targets the front delts very well.

Instructions

  1. Instructions step placeholder
    In a standing position hold the EZ bar in the negative position close to your thighs. . Lower the bar to return to the initial position.
  2. Instructions step placeholder
    Lift the EZ bar in upwards with your arms straight forward and perpendicular to the body and the EZ Bar is slightly above shoulder height.
  3. Instructions step placeholder
    Lower the EZ Bar to the original position.
