“Typically, I get up at 3:45 in the morning, do my cardio, have my breakfast, then I’ll go hit the iron, then go to the movie set. If I can get those things done and get to the set at 7, 8 o’clock, then I can work for the next 12, 14, 16, hours. I’m good. I’m like a cow—I just need water. It’s my anchor. At that time I’m by myself—nobody else is awake. So I do my work, emails, and focus.”
