Read articleThe full cast of the third installment of the Expendables franchise is official, and no one was happier than Dolph Lundgren as he set off to Bulgaria recently to start production. Also back to reprise their roles are Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Terry Crews, Jason Statham, and Let Li. But there is an A-List addition in the form of Harrison Ford and a return for another veteran action star, Wesley Snipes.
Stallone, who has Patrick Hughes behind the director’s chair for this one, also decided to inject some young blood into the mix in the from UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, multiple world champion boxer Victor Ortiz, and young action star Kellan Lutz. Oh, and did we mention that Jackie Chan, Antonio Banderas, Mickey Rourke, and Mel Gibson are also on the cast list, according to IMDB? It’s no wonder that Lundgren is pumped!
One glaring omission from the cast is Bruce Willis, who seems to have had a falling out with Stallone (check out the video at the bottom of the page fro more on that). Lundgren took to Twitter recently to tell his followers he was looking forward to getting to work

Lundgren gave this tip about the move “Push-ups on medicine ball on Venice beach with my trainer Harry Mitterbauer. Try 10-15 reps each side. Great for core and upper body strength. And you get a nice tan!”
