The paper claims that the pair will meet in Vegas this summer in a boxing match. With McGregor ruled out of UFC 200, he will certainly have the time to take on such a mega fight. The report also claims that the two are still working out purse details.
Mayweather, who is currently retired with a record-equaling 49-0 record over his career, is apparently on the verge of agreeing to a top-dollar match with the Irishman, with the boxer set to earn at least $144 million and McGregor $10 million, according to bleacherreport.com.

A source for The Sun said that “Floyd went mad after Conor said he would crush him and knock him out in 30 seconds, he’s obsessed with making Conor eat his words.”
The 27-year-old Irishman, who is the UFC featherweight champion is coming off of a loss to Nate Diaz at UFC 196 on March 5. Well-regarded MMA journalist Ariel Helwani believes there is no substance to the story, taking to Twitter to say:
