The first goal she set for herself was getting her eating under control. Boydston had been diagnosed with hypoglycaemia and began to cut out highly processed and fatty foods. She soon realized that nutrition was responsible for 80 percent of her overall results – yet something was missing. So, she set another goal, and that was to hire her first trainer. Boydston began training with Kim Oddo in July 2010.
Since getting into the competition circuit, Boydston has become a personal, Crossfit, and Tapout Trainer, as well as a certified nutrition specialist.
She continues to set a new goal every week.
